We were swooned by her luscious lips, her mysterious chicness and her extremely friendly personality the first time we met her. When did you first discovered that you loved singing?
Ever since I was a little girl. I was always happy when I was singing. Growing up, I know I wanted to have a career in entertainment. I enjoyed watching music videos and music documentaries as a kid, as it grows my imagination.
When did you first decided that you wanna make singing a career?
I was 13 at the time. A lot of other kids were trying out new activities, finding new hobbies. I was fixated on one thing; singing. I loved joining the school musicals and plays. From then on, I knew there was nothing else I wanted to do but to perform and connect with people through music.
How would you describe your style?
I would say it’s a combination of classic structures with a twist of edgy punk/rock and roll vibe, on a monochrome palette.
Who or what inspired your style?
I’m very much inspired by the rock and roll culture and way of dressing. I love mixing up grunge pieces, like an oversized t-shirt with something elegant; like a high waisted A-line leather skirt. I love how different textures are able to complement each other. My fashion icons would include Taylor Momsen, Lana del Rey and Hanna Beth.
The first thing you look at in another person's outfit is? And why?
Shoes! I'm an avid shoe collector. I love unique pairs of shoes. From wedges, to boots, to heels... I feel like you could always build an outfit around a shoe. You can have a great outfit put together, but if your shoes suck, then it won't work. You could be wearing casual jeans and a t-shirt, but with the right pair of shoes, you would look put together and stylish.
What is your must-have style accessory to complete a look?
Either studs or spikes. I also like adding either a black leather or suede item to the look; just to add a little hint of mystery and sexy.
What is your go-to look on a lazy day?
Definitely ripped skinny jeans and an oversized shirt; with a lot of layered accessories.
How long do you take to get ready in the morning?
From my outfit to hair and makeup; I would say about 30-40 minutes.
Lastly, how do you like LUSH?
LUSH is modern and inspiring. The pieces have unique details which strengthens individuality. I like its simplicity and versatility.
